When can I bring my device?

Our Store Hours are:

Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 pm

Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm

We are closed on Sunday

Do I need to make an appointment?

No. However, you might want to contact us to see what our current workload is.

Do I need to bring the power cable?

If you are bringing in a desktop, no.

If you are bringing in a laptop, yes.

If you are bringing in an All-in-One, yes.

If you are bringing in a printer, yes.

How long does service usually take?

It all depends on the issue, the availability of replacement parts, and how many services are in front of you. We start all of our services with our diagnostic service and that usually takes between 24-48 hours after your service is assigned to a technician. Prepare yourself to be without your device for at least a week. We do have loaner laptops available for a small fee.
