Return Policy and Limited Service Warranty Information

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your purchase in the complete and original packaging together with all accessories, software, and manuals within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. All returns must have an original sales receipt/invoice. We will gladly replace or repair the item purchased or refund your money at our discretion. New devices such as Computers, Laptops, Servers, Batteries, Tablets, and Special Order items must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase and can only be exchanged for the same item or store credit. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to refund requests. Refurbished/Used devices, media services, subscriptions, and software titles are not returnable and are sold as-is. If the original purchase was paid for by check, there is a 7-day wait period for the check to clear before a refund is issued. Credit Card refunds take between 7 to 10 business days to process. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.


Mann Limited (In-Shop) Service Warranty

In this Limited Service Warranty (LSW) the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Mann” refer to Mann Technologies, Inc. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer of Mann Technologies, Inc. Obligations under this limited service warranty are backed by the full faith and credit of Mann Technologies, Inc.

We warrant services provided to you to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases, or otherwise obtains the Product from you.

Limitation of Coverage:
This LSW does not extend to any service not serviced by us. We are not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media including online backup services. You are solely responsible for saving (backing up) any programs, data, or removable storage media. This LSW does not cover unforeseen forces that include but are not limited to spyware infections, malware, virus infections, worm infections, Trojans, electrical storms, floods, or customer negligence. This LSW does not cover on-site/in-home service, pick up/delivery, and/or travel charges and these items may be charged additionally for warranty work. Products, used (refurbished) parts, and systems are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to our satisfaction guaranteed statement for more information regarding product warranties.

Term of Warranty:
The LSW period commences on the date of the original invoice purchase. The warranty period is ninety (90) days. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. We may change the availability of limited warranties, at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

Obtaining Warranty Service:
We are here to help you. Please contact or visit one of our stores as soon as possible so we may resolve the issue quickly. See the front of this document for store contact information. If we believe your equipment does exhibit a defect in workmanship within the warranty period, we will provide the warranty services applicable to the Product at our sole discretion.


We will attempt to resolve warranty issues over the telephone and/or via a remote service connection. If telephone/remote resolution is not possible, we will require you to bring your equipment to one of our stores for further diagnostics. If you request in-home/on-site service, all regular travel charge(s) and in-home service rates apply. We will then issue a new ticket and resolve the issue within reasonable means.
