**PPH are to be used within a 12 month term. Unused PPH may be carried over to the following 12 month term at the cost of 1 PPH. Max carryover is 24 months. Pre-paid hours are not transferable to other customers or to be used on residential services. Pre-paid hours do not include travel charges, fuel surcharges, shop supplies or materials used. Minimum Charge of ¼ PPH for support no matter which commercial support method we use. Service is only available within 30 miles of our location in Williston, Ohio.
