Speed depends on the issue, parts availability, and our current workload. Diagnostics kick off every service and usually take 24–48 hours once assigned to a tech. Plan to be without your device for about a week—but hey, we’ve got loaner laptops for a small fee if you need one!

We offer limited services for Apple products. We can handle virus/malware removal on iMacs and data transfers. However, we don't perform hardware repairs on Apple products. For those, we recommend visiting an Apple Store.
